Freedom is very important. Freedom of information is one of these very important freedoms. A main source of information for many people is the internet. Therefore, freedom on the internet is very important. There are people trying to introduce international laws that will undermine what is known as net neutrality, the idea that any site can be accessed as easily as any other. These laws, along with censorship, will prevent your access to information. Unless you do something, the internet will be limited to the big sites, owned by big companies. User generated content will die. Freedom of speech on the internet will die. If you give a shit about this, do something. The media companies are on the other side of this debate, which is why you never hear about it. We must speak up for ourselves and each other.
